The Benefits & Payroll Department publishes the W-2 forms online through the self-service portal. Teachers and staff can login to view the forms. If you need additional help, you can contact the Benefits & Payroll Department.
You can log into your SchoolMint account and check your status at anytime, or you can contact your campus registrar for a status update. Contact information is available on our contact page.
Once your application has been submitted, the campus will receive a notification of your completed application. If the campus has available seats it can take 1 to 3 business days to know if your child has been accepted.
Life School often receives more applications than there are seats available. Seats are awarded in the order of which they were received. If a grade at your preferred campus is already full, you will be placed on the waitlist. If another family withdraws their application, you move forward on the waitlist. Waiting lists vary by campus and grade level. At some campuses, your child may remain on the waitlist after the school year has begun. To give your child the best opportunity to attend Life School, we encourage you to apply to a first and second-choice campus.
