Only teachers who fall under the Pre-Test/Post-Test category are eligible. Teachers who fall under the SLO process are not eligible for participation in TIA. For more information on eligible teaching assignments, please refer to the TIA Changes 2023-2024 Presentation or the 2023-2024 TIA Manual.

Student growth scores account for 60% of the final TIA scoring rubric.

Teacher observation scores account for 40% of the final TIA scoring rubric. Only the scores from Domains II & III are accounted for from the teacher’s final summative rating.
